Everyone is well and enjoying themselves - if a little tired and sunburnt.

We have had some exciting adventures on the zip-wires and sea kayaking. Today we had a lovely walk in the rain forest on the hanging bridges.

So far we have seen 4 sloths, a coati, several howler monkeys, humming birds, toucans, a barracuda, hundreds of migrating vultures, iguanas, a huge jumping silver fish about a metre long and almost as wide (unidentified!).........etc

The food has been excellent - we have tried Cuban and Costa Rican dishes. We have fresh fruit for breakfast every morning (a big hit!) so we are trying to be healthy.

The hotels have been good - tonight we are in small cabins overlooking the Arenal volcano (see photos) and the girls are looking forward to a swim in the pool.
